Many applicants unable to manage the recommenders choose to write their own letters.
As someone who has read hundreds of essays, we could easily spot applicants who have written their own recommendation letters. Imagine how a reviewer who reads thousands of essays can spot the duplicity.

Offered in the Service:
1) Include a voice that mimics the supervisor's voice and authority. Applicants who write their own letters often can't write in such a voice
2) Highlight qualities that are important for the school (brainstorm with the applicant and extract examples that match the school's expectations)
3) Edit out qualities from the letter that would jeopardize admission chances
4) Complement or Supplement Achievements highlighted in the Essays without quoting the same metrics. Letters that are coordinated to the last metric are considered inauthentic and diminish admission chances. We will help you find the balance.
5) Capture the Bigger Picture. The Supervisor often provides the bigger picture that is not expected in Essays. We would ensure that at least 3-4 lines capture your leadership potential and contribution in the MBA class without any cliches.
6) Balance achievement metrics with Narratives. Often letters that are excessively coached by applicants overdo the metrics without offering sufficient narrative to highlight the applicant's qualities.
7) Rating: Recommenders will have to rate applicants on (a scale of 1-10) on traits like Leadership, Communication, etc. We would ensure that consistency is maintained between rating and your strengths & weaknesses captured in the letter. If you don't have examples of traits that are rated highly, we will brainstorm with the applicant to find such examples.
